Alex Lemieux is an Associate with Aleshire & Wynder LLP. Mr. Lemieux’s practice includes both litigation and general municipal law.

Before joining Aleshire & Wynder LLP, Mr. Lemieux was an associate at Olivarez Madruga Lemieux O’Neill LLP, practicing in both state and federal courts, on matters ranging from administrative agency actions to felony prosecutions and post-conviction relief. Mr. Lemieux also has extensive experience in real estate and landlord-tenant law, helping clients navigate the maze of state and local laws. Mr. Lemieux has appeared before numerous courts and administrative agencies throughout the state of California.

While in law school, Mr. Lemieux served as a judicial clerk for the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, Office of the Chief Executive. When not practicing law, Mr. Lemieux enjoys studying history and public policy, as well as backpacking in the High Sierra with Clovis, his Cardigan Corgi.
