The following report provides information regarding the report methodology, our findings gathered from a series of surveys, interviews, and a compilation of pertinent health indicator data from publicly available sources. The goal of this report was to document, synthesis, prioritize and understand the community through the needs of residents, public health experts, community leaders, using the best available health indicator data.
